It's been a while since I've last written an article, but here goes. I've been consumed with the following question for months:
When to use RIA technology (Flash/Flex, Silverlight, etc) and when not to use it.
In this article, I start with a simple guideline which I then apply to a few examples, border cases and exceptions.
